This place gives Hertz (and the south) a bad name; some of the rudest people who can't handle stress or normal rental car procedures - i.e., unable to fill in the online form in a timely manner, resolve billing conflicts without being utterly rude, inconsistent service levels such as customer pick up and drop off. They should just stick to selling their kitschy trinkets.
Convienent location, but the staff member was very rude and unprofessional. The lady had such a nasty attitude when I returned the car. I will not being giving them anymore business... I recommend FWB or Gulf Breeze.
Will go to FWB or Gulf Breeze from now on.
