I highly recommend this small business for anyone seeking to rent bikes in the Navarre area. I wish we would have rented sooner so we could enjoy the bikes all weekend, we will do so next time.
The rates are very reasonable, and the bikes seemed new and were well-maintained. One of the employees filled a tire she thought may be low for us and we had no problems. They even provided an alan wrench for our group in case we wanted to adjust handlebars.
I know this is an extra expense to the business, but one thing that would make the experience even easier for delivery would be to create a payment and form signing portal on the website. The paper process was smooth and easy, I think it would mainly help the employees. I would certainly add bike rental costs to the website, we only saw paddle board and kayak costs online.
Best experience with bike rentals I've ever had, and I try to rent bikes every time I go to the beach. We had a group of 6 adult-sized people of varying heights and they easily accommodated us--not only that, but they delivered the bikes to our condo for no fee. They brought 4 on what appeared to be a refurbed Volkswagen Zero (very cute) and employees rode over on the remaining two. We were able to pay with a card and fill out the liability form (the standard deal that you sign when renting bikes) on a clipboard right there outside the condo. The employees we dealt with were very nice, accommodating, and genuine.
