We will part ways in January for the cars, and anything else.
If I call the agent, I would expect a return call within a day or 2 at most.

Callback's don't seem to exist with this agency.
I have tried to get my agent to call me back, I have left voicemail and messages many times.
Was going to do insurance through this company but their rep Arlene was extremely difficult. We had to call her frequently to get things rolling and with over a month of trying we still haven't even got our 4 point inspection done. We found home insurance elsewhere.

I didn't bother calling the agent and getting it covered, I just called Progressive directly, and explained to them I wasn't going through my agent anymore, and why.
