TERRIBLE service. Not only did I have to get my 2 pants altered twice, because they messed up the first time, and the lady had the audacity to say it was my fault that THEY got the measurements wrong. Maybe if she spoke a little better English, there wouldn't be a communication error. Well, I just realised that one of the pairs of pants has bleach stains on the front of them......Definitely not taking the pants back to complain, because if somebody tells me it's my fault after paying $40 in alterations already, somebody is getting punched in the face......
I visited Walton Cleaners while shopping at Shoppes of Navarre. I inquired about a price list. The women (in significantly broken English) told me that she doesn't have a price list. She then proceeded to recite the prices as if I'm suppose to take dictation. She didn't offer to write the price list nor did she offer a business card even though they were on the counter. Nice store front and clean interior, but employee customer service and professionalism needs a lot of work.
