The Pharmacist, Rachael, is rude, condescending and unprofessional. She was angry because I asked her a question about a drug's toxicity that she couldn't answer. "Well, I'd have to look that up and I don't have the time right now!" It's a commonly prescribed medication and she should have known it. She has behaved unprofessionally on a number of occasions and now I've had enough and will change pharmacies. The other staff members are good, but she's enough to make me want to switch.
I have been using Publix ever since they opened, they have a good group of caring people behind the desk. You will always have that one person who needs acts that they don't like there job no matter where you go so you just have to over look that because the Great service you get from the others over weigh the one bad apple.

You just can't beat the people and service at the Navarre Publix they beat out the so called counter help at Wal Mart by a mile, wal Mart has a very good Pharmacist but the counter help who worked in the auto department last week just can't keep up with Publix
Unfriendly, they "run"out of drugs and will not have them within the next 6 days..
I called the pharmacy regarding pricing of prescriptions I needed to be filled. Natasha answered the phone. She was extremely unenthusiastic for the duration of the call and gave me the impression that she could care less about her job or be bothered first thing in the morning by a sick potential customer. At the end of the phone call I thanked her, she said thank you monotonously and hung up in the middle of me wishing her a good day. Poor customer service. So I took my business to the Walmart 5 miles down the road instead. The pharmacists at Walmart were much nicer over the phone an in person and the meds were half (if not less) than what Publix wanted to charge for the EXACT SAME medication. Publix has poor customer service etiquette and prices. I expected better from a place that claims to pride itself on quality.
My mother was in town from Georgia and went to pick up my prescriptions after one of my surgeries and could not believe how well she was treated she liked Publix so much that when she went home she transferred all of her medications to the Publix in Savanna and has been there ever since.
I have to disagree with the negative reviews. I've never had a bad experience in the Navarre Publix. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Yes, their prices are a bit high but they have items that I cannot find elsewhere.
