Worst USPS office ever! Please look elsewhere like UPS or FedEx, at least your items will arrive in a timely manner. Sent a certified letter with a money order on the 3rd of July to North Carolina expected arrival on the 6th. We are now on the 12th and the letter has still not arrived nor has it been scanned since the Navarre office. I have called the office in regards to the letter and they seem to have no idea where it is at and all they can tell me is that it has left their facility. Don't waste your time or your money using them.
If it was possible to leave no stars, that would be the selection I would have made. Since moving to Navarre, every single piece of mail we've been expecting has not been delivered! They will lie and update tracking requests saying packages have been placed in our mailbox and it's empty. They weren't even in our neighborhood at the time they said the delivery was made. They need to hire people who do what they are paid to, deliver mail! I never thought when relocating to another area I'd have to check reviews for the post office before determining if I'd live there. My experience with the post office makes me regret purchasing a home in Navarre.
This post office services my neighborhood, Holley By The Sea, and I have lived here coming up on six years now. This facility is being overrun because the local community's population in Navarre has exploded. This USPS is in need of more customer service windows or even an additional self service kiosk with its own drop box for shipping packages. The mail carriers and sorters are not reliable. I have had my mail delivered to other addresses along with receiving mail for USPS customers not on my block. Mail carriers have damaged official government mail by shoving oversized envelopes in my mail box despite having indicators like 'do not bend' stickers and stamps on them. On Sundays mail carriers have left Amazon mail in my box versus delivering them to my door. Also, one of the mail carriers that works my area consistently throws my mail at the threshold of my door versus laying it down next to my door. In short they are damaging my mail. The front staff at the facility is courteous but too casual at times. Drop off mail chutes are not being checked first thing in the morning to clear them so other customers can drop off mail leading to the large mail chute being jammed. This facility is clean. I give this place 3 stars because of the front staff and the cleanliness of the facility the mail carriers for this facility need to be evaluated for violating the terms of their contract.
I am shocked by all these negative reviews. I run an online business and never have any problems with this post office. They always deliver promptly with no mix-ups.
So we ordered 3 things. They delivered two of the 3 things and then the third says delivery attempted see notice. There was no notice and how can you not deliver it when you delivered the other two items, and yes we were home. Called the number and rescheduled delivery, which is stupid that you have to do since they failed to deliver it, and guess what they didn't deliver it again. So it has now been two weeks and I still haven't gotten my item that I bought with two day shipping. Don't use these people please they clearly don't care about their customers.
