I am very upset with this location. If you are not familiar with the Navarre area, it is located in an extremely heavily military populated area. First they told me one price online then when I spoke to them they changed it. (Call the actual location and not their customer service number to avoid being told 2 different prices.) Second, I needed the unit for 1 month. I was notified to go overseas on a deployment and I needed to remove my lock. I gave my keys to a friend and he will be there on the 2 of October. I contacted the location and explained to them my friend would remove my lock and cancel my unit. They told me because I am going into the month of October I have to pay the whole month. I figured they would work with customers and espically the military when your located by 2 large military bases. I DO NOT recommend them to any military or others. You would be better off going to a uhaul or a friends place.
I've been a tenant for many years at this facility. Great customer service every time. The property is always clean and well taken care of. Wouldn't think of storing anywhere else.
The office staff bent over backwards to accommodate me when moving. They helped me when my bank card became compromised. Their rules and lease are very straightforward. I would recommend to any of my friends or family. Great service, clean facility.
I went to rent a unit today and it was a great experience. Wendy was the Property Manager working and took such good care of me. She has really set the standard for Property Managers everywhere. Would recommend this place to all my friends.
Great customer service the minute I walked through the door. Matt was the assistant working at the front desk and was able to answer all of my questions and point me in the right direction of what unit would work for me. I had a bit of a special circumstance however the manger was able to accommodate my request with no hassle. Thank you Simply Self Storage!
