Called and left message on Sunday, left message again Monday morning, by 0930 Monday they answered the phone (never returned a call) and said they would try to make it out Monday afternoon and they would let me know. No show and no call. Left message again Tuesday morning and by 0900 they called to say they were to busy to get to a leak that was in the wall. They may be good but not punctual and don't return calls. Called Independent Plumbing and they were on site within an hour and gave a fixed price for the repair. They even cut open the wall to find the leak at no extra.
