Very nice guy and very knowledgeable. He talked me through my water heater issues over the phone...no charge. I would definitely be using his service in the future for all my plumbing service. I highly recommend!
One-man company. He obviously knows what he's doing and he's quite good at it, but you'll pay pretty steeply for it. He'll also talk your ear off. If the job would take 20 min, budget for an hour and half.
Came home at 4:00pm to toilets not flushing. When I tried to plunge, nasty water backed up in shower and tub (gross!). Googled "Navarre Plumbers" Rooter Man was at top and since I live less than 2 miles from them (pass them daily on 399) I figured they'd be my best bet. They close at 6:00pm but said they could not get here until 1:00pm next day...really?? Can't use toilet or showers. Told them I needed asap, can't wait til tomorrow. Called next # on list (this one) and he asked me a series of questions and said he'd be right out....20 minutes later...doorbell! It was crazy, because I guess all of the plunging I did previously had loosened something...the clog came undone within 30 seconds of him being in home. He tested toilet and said...ok....call me back if you need me...you're good. He didn't charge us anything. I insisted he take something ($40) just for him driving to our house. This is how a business that offers "emergency services" should operate. He did give a quote over the phone before coming out...$275.00...which I really don't know if that's high/low. But when you can't use your bathroom/showers and you have gross water backing up...I was happy to pay if/when issue got resolved. I will be using him for all of my plumbing needs in the future.
